• Maintain required licensing and accreditation status with CRA and ISO standards
• Ensure laboratory testing personnel follow our required standard operation procedures and are up to date on regulatory standards
• Provide virtual and on-site training for all testing personnel
• Develop close relationships with our vendors who can support us in areas such as purchasing, training and ongoing continuing education in our field
• All our laboratory testing personnel must have at least a four-year degree and higher
• We are a privately owned company, which creates a flexible workplace for getting things done
